ISO 15926-14 Templates

The framework of OTTR templates is suitable for building OWL 2 ontologies from non-semantic sources. OTTR works well with ISO 15926-14.

Note that as of Q2 2022, this library is very limited in scope, and should be taken only as an example of how OTTR templates may be applied to ISO 15926-14. The templates are however used in the PLM-RDL template library.
